After you have signed up, thoroughly read the email you should have received within minutes. It contains your chosen username and password. You must type this password exactly as shown. It is case-sensitive, i.e. if your password is e.g. ABcdeF, you cannot use ABCDEF, nor abcdef, only ABcdeF will work.

Additionally, you must have your browser (and cookie blocker or firewall, if you have one) set up to permit cookies for www.spiritboard.net, please refer to your browser's help files for more details.

If you requested several temporary passwords, only the newest one will work.

If you have been a member for quite some time but haven't visited for four months or longer, your account has been deleted. Simply sign up again, but you may not be able to use your old username.

2. I have signed up but cannot get into Inner Circle or Messages Of Light, what is the problem? Why is my password not working?

Access to Inner Circle and Messages Of Light is activated within minutes after payment in full has been received, if you paid using PayPal. If you paid by electronic check, it may however take a few days to clear. If you paid in full and have a receipt from PayPal, but your password is still not working, make sure that your password is typed correctly when prompted, it is case-sensitive (see first question for details), but also your username is case-sensitive for the web authentication used - unlike SpiritBoard, where you can type your username any way you like. Check your initial email containing your password for proper case of your username, usually in the format "Username", i.e. first letter capitalized, the remainder NOT capitalized. Temporary passwords do not work for Inner Circle or Messages of Light, they only serve to allow you to log back in and reset or change your password.

3. I have paid for Gold Membership but I still cannot see any difference, why is that?

If you paid using PayPal, Gold Membership is activated within minutes. If you paid by electronic check, it may however take a few days to clear.

You may have to refresh your screen to notice the difference. If you used another method of payment, the Gold Membership features will not be activated until payment in full has been received and the payment has been processed manually. You will still receive the full paid term, starting the day it is activated.

4. How do I cancel my recurring subscription charges?

Canceling your membership at Channeling.Net or SpiritBoard does not cancel PayPal subscriptions! If you wish to cancel any of the recurring charges, just click here to get to PayPal's subscription detail page to cancel.
