Address of Sep. 26, 2004: Life Path & Revelations

Be greeted dearest friends on earth. Be greeted and be blessed. This is a time of many challenges, a time of changes in the outside but more within. A lot of things that happen are a big challenge for some people. But there are also smaller challenges but even these challenges are important. A time of challenges has begun, a time where you have to question many things that you have taken for granted for a long time. Question why you have taken it for granted and if this is still appropriate. This is meant for all parts of your life and it is different for everyone of you as everyone has chosen a different path. Surely there are parallels or similarities in ones’ lives but still each person has his/her unique path. Even if two people walk together during a lifetime and there are many connections and similarities on their path, the development of each person will be unique. Right now many challenges lead to defeat in a way that people avoid upcoming challenges rather than facing them.

In these times there are many people who once thought they found a partner for life but when they have to face difficult situations they see that partnership as failed. There are situations where this is true, where a relationship has been only a phase of life. But there are also situations – actually in most cases – where people try to avoid their challenges by ending a partnership.

You will receive these situations so you can develop yourself. When you have learned your lesson and even if you decided differently from what your soul would have decided, as long as you have developed yourself the task has been fulfilled. In other cases however you will continuously get situations where you have to repeat the task until you get it “right”, follow the “right” path because the next task will be based on that fulfilled task, so you will be prepared and able to manage.

People are only able to fulfill their tasks when they are around other people. There are many possibilities as you meet a lot of people during your lifetime. It would be very difficult to complete your tasks if one decided to live in solitude, live all by him/herself as an eremite. On the other hand there are people that are surrounded by others but who have, within, withdrawn from them. The lack of social contact makes it difficult to get him/her to complete the tasks that are important for the soul. However there are souls who choose this path of solitude but very rarely.

You have to solve your tasks, but you have help, help from heaven, from your spirit guide and your guardian angel who protect and lead you and will show you the direction if you are willing to accept the help. We know it is not that easy to see the guidance and also to accept it because there is your logical mind which stands in your way to intuitively accept the advice. Receiving a suggestion does not necessarily mean you will also follow it. But maybe you can go within, listen within, feel what your heart tells you. Observe what thoughts come to you when you listen to your heart. If you do that, you will have access to your soul, your higher self and also to your spirit guide.

Address of Jun. 12, 2004: Contacting Spirit

Be greeted dear friends on earth. Your world and the spirit world are not to be seen separately, as your world is a part of the whole and therefore also a part of our world. It should not be divided, as your three dimensional world is part of the whole creation, of all existence in the universe. It might often seem as if the spirit world is another world, as if it is far away and out of reach for you. You are not consciously aware that even while incarnated, you are a part of the spirit world. The reason you cannot see it, is that you are in that body and your eyes are not made to view the spirit world. But since you are also spirit, it is possible to look beyond, to see things your physical three dimensional eyes cannot see. For some it is easier than for others. This has little to do with talent rather than with practice. Some have practiced more, maybe even during past lives and so it is easier for them. This doesn’t mean though that you are not able to reach it in this life time. Especially hearing the spirit world is not that difficult and everyone can learn it. You need to have some self discipline to practice regularly but it is not that difficult. It is a little like remembering your abilities which slumber within you. And it is this re-awakening what you have to practice. And I mean it when I say it slumbers in everyone of you as you are spirit and soul and as such you are able to see, hear, feel, experience the spirit world even while you are in your physical body.

For those who are seriously trying to hear or see the spirit world should practice without any expectations though. Only if you are free from expectations then you are free enough to open up to what is presented to you. It also helps to do this with joy. Joy opens your heart chakra and this is helpful to find the access, the entrance to your true home, to a world you still belong to. I don’t want you to misunderstand that it is the only goal of every person to find this access to the spirit world, but it can be helpful to move forward on your path. And when you practice and are able to connect to your spirit guide, your guardian angel or other evolved beings of light, it is helpful as it is easier for you to make decisions. Hints will be given to you that might be helpful in your situation.

But there are also reasons that your eyes are veiled and your perception is limited. It is important that you live this life, that you fulfill your lessons here on earth, that you solve problems and learn to make experiences. And it is important to know that you are here on earth to fulfill your tasks and that it is the purpose of your life to sense this spirit world. This will also help you on your path on earth when you learn to communicate more with your spirit guide. It will be easier to walk your path as you will avoid detours and dead end streets. This is not only because of the additional communication with your spirit guide but also because you gain a different consciousness and you come closer to your true, higher self. You will be more communicating with your higher self but it will be a more subconscious communication where there will be thoughts, ideas and desires that will lead you into a certain direction. And all this would not be possible without opening up to the spirit world.

Address of Aug. 29, 2004: Soul Path

Be greeted my dear friends and be blessed. The spirit world is real and not some fantasy or illusion but surrounds you, and you will become aware of its existence when you try to sense it. You are a part of this spirit world, you are spirit, in your inner core you are soul. Your soul is your true self, is what lasts, what can never be destroyed and what once created God from Himself. Out of Himself He created the souls to experience life and the souls are able to grow. You have been told before that the souls can develop throughout their incarnations through learning experiences. With the multitude of your experiences and events you all have come far. Even though some experiences seem too difficult for you, your soul has chosen that path to move forward. Especially those difficult situations help you grow the most. These are big challenges and sometimes a person doesn’t want to face that challenge and then you can see them do what you call ‘failing’. But this happens because some are not willing to face or accept the lessons, the challenges, and because of their lack of faith in themselves and in their spiritual helpers at their side. Many people do not know consciously about these helpers but deep within they know they are not alone, not being left alone with their life, that they never have to face the lessons of life alone. And we keep repeating: do not just believe the words we tell you, but go within, feel within and if you can re-awaken to your knowledge when our words ring true. Test our words with your heart and feel what words resonate with you. These are the words that will be teaching you, are important for you. And if there are words that do not resonate with you, don’t worry about it. You don’t have to agree with everything you hear. It is also important to learn discernment throughout your development of the soul. To learn to turn to your inner knowledge that is already within you even though you might not have access to it just yet. We have explained why this makes sense as it will help you to start each life anew and that is the best requirement to gather those experiences you have chosen.

Your life is based on earlier lives and that is the reason some have talents, these are abilities you have learned in earlier incarnations. So, different past lives are based on each other and there will be things in this life that are preparations for a future life. But please do not worry about that. Important is to live your life as it is presented to you right now. To learn to live in the “now” because only in the “now” you can change something in your life. The future has not been written yet and you should not worry about it. There are things your soul has chosen to learn and so be open for your future but do not plan it with your mind as it might create hurdles in your life. You spirit guide can help to let happen what has to happen at the correct time. And do not worry about the past either, what you might have done wrongly, what you could have done differently as it would be a waste of energy, waste of strength you need for the ‘now’. There are insights about the past you can reflect on but that is something completely different. Through reflecting on your past it surely is possible to learn from the mistakes and learn through them. It is a method for your path but your past cannot be changed. So accept the things and let go of them and the way they have happened. Accept that all that has also been necessary to lead you where you are at now. And do not judge where you are now . Maybe you might not like where you are now but let me tell you that where you are now is exactly where you are supposed to be. If you now think “…but I really would like to…” or “I still don’t have…” and you are dissatisfied with your life, it is important to learn to accept it. Acceptance is always also a letting go because if you fully embrace your life and current situation with your heart and with love you remove the emotional ties of these experiences. Acceptance also dissolves resentments, hate, anger and dissatisfaction. Therefore acceptance is always letting go. This letting go is important as you can then consciously pass it into the light. Know that it happened the way it was ‘right’. Even if you have made mistakes you are able to learn from them. Making mistakes is not as bad as humans usually think. Do not fight your mistakes. They are part of your human experience and to live a life that does not seem perfect to you is also a part of being human. You will experience ‘perfect being’ much later and it will not happen on earth and not the way you might imagine or you would call ‘perfect being’.

Address of Aug. 05, 2004: Tasks & Guides

Be greeted dear friends on earth and be blessed. Your spirit guides are always with you to clear and show you your path and arrange situations that are important for you and your development, which show you the direction of your path and bring about experiences and learning experiences. That is an important task, a task a lot of people are not aware of. When you sometimes speak of coincidence you should go within and remember that what happens in your life and you call coincidence has actually been sent to you, has been arranged for you. And often it is a great effort for your spirit guide to arrange certain encounters as you, like everybody else on earth, have free will. It is sometimes difficult for them to give you the right impulses so encounters can take place or significant incidents come your way. It is not easy to get you to meet another person “coincidently” at the exact same time and at the same place. Often more than one attempt is necessary before it actually happens. Since you have free will you and the other person has to intuitively decide on the similar path so you are able to meet, so that your paths will cross. There are lots of other incidents in your life that have been sent to you from your spirit guide – situations, problems, tasks. And all problems contain a task for you, a problem that has to be solved, where you may learn from. And it is meant that way as every problem or task is a gift. Every problem is a gift from heaven for you as it is a building block that creates your individual path.

Since every person is an individual and everyone is different you all have different paths. Sometimes when you see others and think they are not on their path, I have to tell you, you are not in the position of judging that. You do not know what kind of tasks this soul has decided on, what learning experiences are important for this soul. Therefore it is necessary to tolerate the path of each individual person and not condemn if his/her path doesn’t appear to be ‘right’ in your eyes. So it is important that you are supported throughout your whole life, that tasks and experiences are offered to you at the right time. All lessons that you encounter, even if they seem to be too big, overwhelming, too hard to solve, are always adequate for you. Tasks you are not able to handle will not come to you. It is true that some people fail on their task but that only happens as they misjudge their path and own abilities. Each person is able to fulfill the tasks that are presented to them. The spirit guides who have been sent to you from God present those tasks step by step. And remember, if problems seem to be too big to handle that not only your spirit guide has been ordered to arrange these lessons but your soul has also agreed to, even decided on these tasks before you incarnated on earth. Everything was discussed with your spirit guide and other even higher guides before your incarnation on earth. There are specific guides for special tasks. And your soul decides together with these guides what kind and how many lessons it wants to learn, which lessons fit together. When you look back at your life you will realize that some of your lessons have had sort of the same background theme. There is your spirit guide who is responsible that you will receive your tasks when the time is right but there are other assistants, e.g. your guardian angel, who is responsible that your physical body is kept safe so you are able to fulfill your tasks. For different tasks you find special helpers at your side.

Why do I tell you this?

So you become aware that you are not alone with your problems, tasks and lessons, that you are not walking your path all alone by yourself. This means that you as soul are always guided, no matter who is with you during your lifetime, what partner you are sharing your life with, you are guided from the day of birth and even before that.

Consciously remember this and also that you are a soul. You are fulfilling your life together with other souls. Especially in this time for many people it is important to remember when you are confronted with problems and tasks and when you feel left alone and lonely. Your spirit guides are your true friends who will never leave you no matter what you do, what you might have done, will always be with you, love you unconditionally and always try to get the best out of you, even if they have to present difficult tasks to you. It has been the wish of your soul to fulfill these tasks and when you look back after having experienced a so-called tragedy, you will realize you have grown and have moved forward on the path of your soul. Or you get a difficult task to force you back onto your true path as you have been on a detour. This all is meant to put a stop to what you have been doing and allow you to reconsider your life. Therefore be thankful for the tasks and experiences and treasure them as they are important stepping stones for the growth of your soul.

Address of May 23, 2004: Help around you

Be greeted and be blessed. For many this is a time of challenge and it is good to know that you are not alone, that you have help from the spirit world. Not only but mostly from the spirit world. You have your spirit guide, your guardian angel who are there to help you. But for those who seriously work on walking their spiritual path, who put energy and strength into it, will be given a lot of help because they are receptive to assistance as they are ready to accept it. Everybody can learn to be receptive and accept help from the spirit world.

And when you are truly ready to accept that help, then all the support you need will be available, will be within reach, to strengthen you, to be a support so you can walk your path.

But what does it mean to be ready to walk your spiritual path?

Firstly it means to walk in the world with open eyes, and secondly to work actively on your spiritual growth. This means regular light work and going within frequently, to find a time of inner peace to be able to listen to your soul. Then it will not only be possible to find your true self but also to recognize and receive the help that is offered to you every day.

Often it is difficult for you to even see this help as some don’t show the readiness to accept help because they think they can do it alone. But that is impossible. Your soul always needs the help of angels and spirit guides. That is why they are by your side and every incarnated person has at least one guardian angel and one spirit guide. There are additional helpers, too, angels or other evolved beings who might assist you through various periods of your life.

Another reason why one cannot accept help is inner resistance and fears in form of thought pattern or dogma that hinder the acceptance. There are those who spiritually grow but follow special (e.g. religious) beliefs that limits the soul very much, or those who are strongly governed by their mind, so help from the spirit world does not come through easily.

Why do you have to know about these limitations people are dealing with?

Go within and try to see what is hindering you, what is keeping you from growing and walking further. This might help you to understand what hurdles are holding you back and also to better understand the behavior of fellow humans. Some of you ask why others are not on their spiritual path, why they don’t know what souls are, what spirit guides are, that the human body is created to host souls and that souls grow with every experience they have. This might help you when dealing with other fellow humans and also to critically observe yourself – without any guilt – to see the hurdles and then to be able to move forward.

But there is not only help that works with your soul, like your spirit guide, guardian angel and other helpers. There is also help more obvious to you, easier to recognize but even this is often still difficult to accept as you cannot see that this help has been sent to you. It might be, that before you incarnated, you had decided that one person is allowed to bring help to you, to help you on your path. But even that will often be rejected as you cannot recognize it as help, as a possible solution for your problem in your current situation. If you look back at your life you might realize that during childhood, during your school years you had class mate or teachers, who you have no contact with anymore, but back then they have accompanied you or helped you for a period of time. Those might have possibly been sent to you, had the task to support you, teach you, help you through special lessons. In those cases in which you were in contact with other people, you always had the opportunity to learn something, to learn something about yourself, your behavior, to realize or better understand something. There are many more possibilities but I hope I could help you understand what kind of assistance you can get from the spirit world and from the physical world when walking your path.

Address of Mar. 28, 2004: True Path & Changes

Greetings and blessings, dearest brothers, sisters and friends. We have reached a time where a new period begins. And that what has ended has been preparation for a new period. As the changes have taken place, now begins a period of implementation.

Cosmic energies are changing to express these modifications around you, not only in your life but concerning all mankind you can see these changes. Even Earth is affected, mostly on energy levels, but there will also be physical and material manifestations, changes in thought patterns, behavior and on emotional levels. It is important for you to see this period as a chance for inner and outer development, a chance to find your path, to walk your path, maybe even leave the path you are walking right now or at least change the direction of your path. It is like going on tracks by train. There are many junctions along the way and you follow those tracks until your true path is turning off. But have been in the old routine for so long, you might not see the turn-off or just decide not to bother turning the wheel and comfortably following the straight track, instead of turning onto your real path, the true path of your soul.

Don’t get me wrong, going straight further doesn’t mean your are on the wrong path, it merely means you are not on the best (optimal) path. That chosen path will also take you to your destination but with detours, hurdles and deviations. Sure, there is no way totally without hurdles as you still have lessons to learn throughout your life but it is not necessary for you to carry extra burdens. Most people are not walking on their true path, don’t even try to get back to their true path and therefore find higher hurdles than if they had walked their true path in the first place.

I am telling you this, so you can be prepared, that you will see the signs, go within, so you will be able to find your true path, to get out of the routine. Many of you do try to listen and go within but it is not enough, you could be doing this more often so your path will unfold before you and will be easier to walk on.

To find your true path doesn’t mean it is going to be an easy path but when walking on it you will be happy and content. This is what it means to walk your true path. To feel content and happy, walk it with joy and accept it with your heart, as it is your path. And you don’t have problems accepting that path. It happens automatically and no matter what hurdles or tasks may come your way, you will not see them as burdens but as challenges where you have fun facing them.

For some these changes are already visible even though they don’t know where that may lead to. Others however cannot or do not want to see and react to the upcoming changes. A lot of people are reluctant towards changes. They prefer staying in their daily routine but that is one of the biggest hurdles in finding your true path. Old routines do not lead us to our destination. You seem to walk forward but it is like in a running wheel. You walk and walk but you are stuck on the same spot. You do not move forward. Therefore it is important to take a turn into a different direction and be open for the changes that come your way.

It is also a time for cleansing. Actually cleansing and changes belong together. And together with that cosmic cleansing it is necessary that the changes are put into action. It is time to make decisions, for each single soul on this planet. These decisions may and should create change. However, you should not blindly start making decisions to create changes in your life. You still have to practice to get in contact with your soul, with you heart to observe what to do and then decide.

Address of Mar. 14, 2004: The Path of the Soul

Greetings, my brothers and sisters on earth. I greet you from the world you came from, the world that constantly surrounds you. The world you live in is only a part of the spirit world, it is the manifested part, the incarnated part. However it is not to be seen as totally separated from the spirit world. If that were so, it would not be possible to receive these words. Even whilst you are incarnated, are “in the flesh”, you are still spirit, still soul. You are spirit, you are soul when you are not incarnated in a human body but you are still soul, even when you come to earth to experience a human life. So you are still spirit and a part of the spirit world, even if you are not always aware of it. But since you are a part of the spirit world, you can experience that through e.g. meditation.

It has once been said that it is similar to seeing your life as a role play, as if you were part of a performance in a theater. This is similar to your life on earth. You all have chosen your role, and like good actors/actresses sometimes forget what happens around them when they are on stage, that they are watched by audience, they forget that they only play a role as they get wrapped up in this role. Earth is like a stage where souls acting like human beings are playing roles. And on that stage you are these souls and are playing roles to make experiences. But what is most important is that you are neither this role, you are playing, nor is that performance to be seen as separated from the spirit world. Like the actors/actresses on stage are not separated from the audience as they are still normal people, your souls are still souls and will continue being souls as part of the spirit world, even though you are now incarnated on planet earth.

And as you are spirit, as you are soul, it is important to become consciously aware of the spirit world as it is a possibility for further spiritual work. It is less about reading these words and understanding the content but it is about experiencing that you are spirit and that way you are getting closer to your true nature. It is the more important part that you realize when you are experiencing that you are spirit. When you open up to the spirit world you simultaneously open up to your higher self, to your soul and who you really are.

The soul has decided on the life you live, on the path you are going even though you mind might not be too happy about that but it is necessary or helpful for the learning of your soul. And it can happen as it should happen. In a human life you will find many turn-offs, many points where you can decide freely where to go. On each turn-off there is one path your soul has decided upon and as a human being you not always decide on the path of your soul. You may find that strange as you think that you are your soul but what your mind wants is not always what your souls prefers. With your mind you decide on paths that seem to be easier on mind level but it is not always the right way for your soul, for you learning, for your development. But even when you continuously do not follow not your soul’s path, you will come across situations that will help you back onto your original, true path. Don’t worry too much as it is the role of your spirit guide and angels to bring you back onto your path. But it is your task to listen and see those signs of your spirit guide and to follow them. Sometimes if you ignore them though there will be more drastic actions to bring you back onto your (soul’s) path. Because of this it is necessary to learn to more and more life in line with your soul. A first step is to take your time to go within and connect with your soul. It is a time of prayer, of inner peace, of meditation and it must not take much of your time but it is important to regularly do that if you want to find your path, that path your soul has chosen. You will find out when you follow the path of your soul it is not as hard as you might think. You will get tasks and have to work on them but with avoiding these tasks in the first place by taking a turn-off, you find hurdles, dead ends and detours down that “easier” way. It takes more effort to follow that path as if you had taken the soul’s path from the beginning as your soul’s path is the path you will be lead back to.

Address of Jan. 31, 2004: Basics of Spiritualism

I greet you my brothers and sisters, I greet you as you read these words which come to you from a world which you cannot see, but which you can sense, a world which is your true home, a world, out of which you came to collect experiences on this earth, to learn here. So therefore you came as humans to this planet, but yet you are spirit, just as I am. As such you will also return to the spirit world, but the time has not yet come for this. And so you are busy with your life, with your tasks, with your problems, and you are so busy with your tasks that you are hardly able to remember and be aware of what you truly are and why you are on this planet, and why you lead this life, exactly this life. And of course you don’t know why you encounter the tasks with which you have to deal with, and you don’t know why life is often difficult and what it is all for.

These tasks were created so you can learn, not only with your mind, but so your soul can learn. Your soul wants to collect many experiences, wants to learn a lot, this is why your soul has chosen a number of tasks, put together a variety of situations, to learn those things which are now important for your soul. The tasks and problems which you carry with you are not a coincidence, but they have a purpose, and if you look back on your own life, on what has happened so far, you will be able to recognize a number of situations which were difficult, even extremely difficult, but you were strengthened through these situations. You were allowed to learn a lot, you became rich within, not only rich in experiences but also inner knowledge, which now accompanies you on your path.

About the words you can read here. It may not be easy to understand, that this can happen at all. But you all have had dreams, and in these dreams you could communicate with other beings. Of course you might say “this is only a dream”, but in a way you have communicated with another world. This is not the time to talk about what dreams are, but I want to give you a simple comparison to show you that it is possible to communicate by thought. Maybe you have had a situation where you thought of a sentence, and someone next to you speaks out your thoughts. Or, you started a sentence, and someone else can finish that sentence, or vice versa. All this is possible because spiritual beings like yourself can communicate without the need to produce sound waves.

This way it is also possible that the brother through whom I am talking can receive my thoughts and pass them on to you, so you can receive them as well.

Well, I spoke about that you are all soul, are spirit, this is the core of what is inside of you, the core of your essence is your soul. This soul, as it is in the body you are currently occupying, cannot remember much. This has a reason. There are many people who wonder why they cannot remember what happened before their birth. Many cannot even remember what happened during childhood. There is hardly a human who can remember his or her own birth, not to mention what was before that. There is a good reason for this. You are on this planet to learn. Of course this learning is incremental, but every human life can be compared to a book that is being written. Each soul writes a book and each new page is a new human life. As if you cannot turn the page pack, you cannot look back at your previous lives. But, this gives you a fresh start for each life. It makes sense that you cannot look back and see what happened to your soul before. One reason of life is to learn. You can learn best when you are free, free from old burdens. Imagine that this is not your first life on earth, but you had many others before. Imagine, you can remember all these lives. I hope you can imagine that this might not be an advantage. You would not only remember the nice moments, but also much where you would see which mistakes you have made. Believe me it is good you cannot remember all those mistakes you have made. In a few circumstances it might make sense for you to know what you have experienced in a previous life, but it makes sense to trust higher beings to give you this information, when and if necessary. It could be necessary for you to understand certain circumstances in your life.

I hope these introductory words have helped you to understand what happens here and also to understand why you are human on this planet earth.

Lesson 36: Year of Changes

This is a time in which a lot comes to you, a lot of changes, once could almost say, this is a year of changes. And these changes have the result that you will be facing a number of challenges.

But these changes mark a turning point for your life. This turning point means that a lot will be changing direction, that you will undergo changes which will require some efforts on your end, you need to invest some time and strength – also to adjust and learn to live with the changed situations in your life. But these changes, as I see them, are changes that will guide your life into other, more positive, higher tracks.

Of course there will be situations again, which are tests, and according to your reaction to these tests there will be consequences but this doesn’t have to be something bad, because the consequences can be quite positive. It is not only a year in which a lot will change to the positive, but it is a year with lots of changes and most of these changes you should be able to see as positive.

A lot of these changes are chances, possibilities, opportunities, which you can either take or dismiss. But if you can accept them, then you will be able to go through these changes, and you will see the changes for yourself, and how these changes manifest within you, how they help you advance on your path.

Even though the expectations are quite positive, I need to point out again that changes also mean quite a number of challenges and often require your full effort, that you completely devote yourself to these tasks, that you are with the task wholeheartedly, with all your power, and all your energy.

Lesson 37: Year of Changes Part 2: Inner Changes

Be greeted! There are changes also within you, which are important for you and your path. Also when these changes are sometimes difficult to comprehend, you may have difficulties dealing with these changes, or even don’t want these changes to take place. It is yet necessary to have these changes for your path. I mentioned that these are key events, as important choices are currently made. I am not talking about choices about how your external life develops, but rather how your attitude develops, your consciousness develops, your view of things. It is certain that some inner changes will be reflected on the outside, but this will be less important than your inner changes.

Of course many people look at the external changes, but it is the inner changes which really matter, as this is a time for inner changes. This is what you should focus on. I point this out to you so you can watch for signs, so you can be ready for your own changes. So when you realize something is changing within you, you will not be surprised or even fight it, but that you recognize it as an important step in your development, in your existence, in your becoming, on your soul’s path.

These are truly important events which you will encounter. There will be more events that will challenge you, but which will be important and a turning point. This affects the whole mankind. That not all humans participate in these changes is caused by that not all have the inner readiness to change or develop. So you may ask why some of these souls even incarnate at this time, as it is a time of transition into a higher consciousness. But also those humans with who you cannot see any changes, who would also themselves say there are no changes, are however undergoing changes, and fulfill their tasks through the role they have in their life. Those who have chosen to consciously experience these changes have the advantage that they can consciously prepare themselves. You can consciously work for your spiritual development, e.g. when you work with the light. This does not mean that you should judge those who do not consciously go this path, because also they have their tasks, also they have their development path, also they have spirit guides on their side, who are busy to make sure that these souls fulfill their chosen tasks.

The more you are aware of these events, you will be able to go your own path, because when you are aware of it and consciously accept the assistance of the heavens, it will be easier for you to go your path. You will be more aware that you always have wonderful companions on your side, your spirit guide, your guardian angel, and other spirit helpers. I keep telling you this so that you will become more and more aware of this, so you can learn more and more to live with this help and these companions. When you learn this, your life will change and become easier. It should be obvious that when you learn to live with your spirit companions, that it will be easier for you to walk your path. As long as you ignore their assistance they cannot help you as much as if you were aware of their presence. The more you are aware of their presence, the easier it will be to build up a connection, to watch for their signs, and that you can more easily notice their hints, by symbols, telepathically transmitted thoughts, or in dreams. Of course many people have problems interpreting the signs and hints, but you can learn this when you look, listen, feel within. So it is important that you allow yourself some time every day to go within, to look within, to observe what is given to you, without having a wish, a desire. Just observe what happens when you go into silence, and go within. You will be surprised what will open up when you do this regularly. Of course this, as many other things in life, requires some practice, but also this is possible for you, but at least it is possible for you to feel within yourself and observe your body, what your body wants to tell you. Especially feel in the area of your heart, sense and observe it, you can use a hand to aid you, by laying the hand on your heart – especially when you have decisions to make.
