Address of Nov. 28, 1999: Trust & Faith

Greetings to you, my dear friends! I have come to you today to speak to you about faith and trust. It appears to me that many humans have problems with these terms, and their realization. It is not just a problem of understanding, because to a sufficient level these terms are understood on a mind level, on a thought level, however there is more to faith and trust than understanding the words. They express a deep inner feeling, a feeling of comfort and reliability, the feeling a newborn baby develops to some extent in the bonding process when it connects with the mother, and feels secure, cared for, and well protected. During childhood and in adult life, most people loose this sense, this feeling, to a significant extent – some even completely, which leads to depression and disorientation. When I refer to faith and trust, which needs to be reestablished in mankind, I am referring to the bondage that connects you, your soul, to the spirit world, in a way unimaginable for many, as your soul is well cared for and protected by your spirit guide, your guardian angel, and many other helpers – and even more so, by the Creator. While many deny this bondage, it is the only reason you can be alive, in human form, on earth. Without your soul’s connection to your spirit friends, you would not survive a day on this planet. These may be strong words, but you have probably not seen what hard work your guardian angel has to continuously accomplish. As I do not want to create or feed any fear, I do not wish to discus any further all what your guardian angel helps you with, I would rather point out to you that your soul is trusting this assistant of the Creator who accompanies you each and every step of your life, who keeps you alive and well, as much as it is permitted and required for your tasks in life. While your soul trusts this guardian, why can not you do the same? It is time to begin the process of building up this trust, and to begin to live in faith. Faith is a feeling and attitude that must build up inside of you, as it is not as simple as to decide to accept it, although this would be the first, significant step towards establishing this faith. Yes, my dear friends, there are good reasons why I am addressing this issue at this time, and you will soon understand why I have chosen this today. Greetings, dearest friends! You have chosen to incarnate in these wonderful times which are full of valuable lessons for you. Enjoy what you have been given, as this is a great opportunity for your soul to accomplish so much – learn more than usual during one single incarnation, catch up on some pushed aside issues, and leap forward – all that is possible in your current incarnation. This may seem too fantastic, but it is one of the best opportunities for souls – which is the spiritual reason why there are so many people on earth, more humans are on this planet than ever before in your history of three dimensional mankind. Many are going through some very rough times, a good indication that they are either learning some very important lessons, or catching up on some, or dissolving some past karma by going through these experiences. Many have requested to be allowed to incarnate now, but only few are permitted, as there are limitations to how many can be on earth, and one might even think that the limit has been exceeded in some areas, but it is what those souls requested and agreed to. As you may know, those that suffer and go through hardships, often make the greatest spiritual advances, grow the most in the inside. This does not mean that you need to seek hardships to grow, but you should not avoid it either, but see it as a welcome opportunity for your soul to learn and grow. All this, of course, requires, more than anything else, faith. While we have spoken about faith before, it has not been explored sufficiently. It must be pointed out that faith is not something that can be learned by deciding mentally to do so, faith comes from the soul, from the heart, and transpires to the consciousness, into mental levels as well. It is so that everyone has faith, but not everyone realizes that it is there. Allowing it to transpire from the soul through the heart into consciousness makes it become part of your reality. Suppressing it through denial will reduce it to the point where it can no longer be noticed. Faith is a core message from our soul, expressing the deepest inner knowledge that life has its specific purpose, and that there is help from guides, teachers, and angels in the spirit world – even more so, that there is a loving creator, who is fair and just, and forgiving as much as fairness can permit – also that love and positive forces are stronger than temptation and negative forces. It is a seed within you to strive higher, to want to grow spiritually. Faith is the driving force behind spiritual endeavors, and can give great strength beyond anything experienced on this planet. To some extent, faith keeps you alive, for those that loose almost all faith tend to become suicidal, as they loose any sense of purpose in their life. Thus, you have faith, but you need to let it bloom like a flower – in many, it is just barely like a bud, that needs to be watered and needs light – let your inner light shine, and your trust will bloom.
